We have an extensive nurse and allied health staff screening and selection process to ensure our temporary employees meet the competency requirements of our clients which includes, comprehensive interviews, verbal reference checking with supervisors, induction programs, criminal record checks, and on going evaluation of our staff to ensure their standard of care remains high whilst they are employed through Twin Hills Nurses Agency.  We have extensive insurance coverage for all our staff members that generally exceed the requirements of our Aged Care clients.

Aged care agency nursing allows you to choose the shifts that suit you. In any week you can have 1-5 shifts as well as the opportunity to decide which aged care facilities you would like to work at. Thus, not only do you have variety in working hours but also the ability to choose to only work at your favourite places.

Should you want something a little more stable,  contracts ranging from 3mths to 12mths are also available particularly in regional areas.
