We offer to both candidates and clients a compromise. We are structured in such a way that we are able to support a Candidate's desire for flexibility and change in their working environment whilst fulfilling short term vacancies within our Clients' facilities.

Twin Hills Nurses Agency is able to arrange fixed term contracts as per the scope provided by our clients. They can be of varying length across all clients and all locations.

A variety of payment options are available to clients when engaging a Twin Hills candidate into a contract position within their organisation. These are negotiated at the time of placement with your individual consultant.

Overseas Candidate Contracts

Twin Hills Nurses Agency sponsors a large number of overseas candidates. Depending on the type of visa these candidates have depends on the type of work they can commit to. As a result, Twin Hills Nurses Agency offers short term contracts to all our Twin Hills clients, dependent upon the candidates suitability, accreditation and internaitonal criminal check results, to cater for these candidates.

Twin Hills Nurses Agency retains an Australian business sponsorship. This allows us to employ migrants holding 457 visas awaiting permanent residency to work within our client's premises, without our clients carrying any risk. 

Overseas candidates have the opportunity to work and travel with Twin Hills Nurses Agency throughout Australia and New Zealand.  A Twin Hills candidate is in the enviable position of experiencing these places whilst on a Working Holiday Visa and being paid to do it.

On the return side, Candidates on Working Holiday Visas working in contract positions bring to our Clients different skills learnt in an international environment.
