Selection Process

We specialise in the provision of qualified and experienced professionals and support staff to disability and welfare networks, childcare and commercial support organisations, local government and not for profit organisations including residential services and day programs.

Our consulting staff are experts in the field and understand the unique requirements of our clients and workers in the community, disability and health care sector.

We are committed to delivering a quality service and peace of mind to our customers. To achieve this we ensure that all of our workers are thoroughly screened and assessed to make sure that they are only allocated to positions, shifts or assignments that fit comfortably within their competencies. We achieve this through comprehensive interviews, reference-checking and induction programs all conducted by specialist recruitment professionals who understand your specific requirements. In addition all staff are police checked and qualifications' verified. Our staff are fully insured for workers compensation, professional indemnity and public liability to protect the best interests of both our clients and staff.

To further enhance our commitment to quality service we ensure that all of our staff have up-to-date skills and the right behaviours and attitude to service your needs. We conduct regular performance reviews and offer regular training and government-approved traineeships to our care team where appropriate.
